摘要：
The solvability of output regulation problems for matrix second-order systems directly in the matrix second framework is studied. According to this condition, the structure of second-order dynamic output feedback controllers is discussed. When the matrix L-21, which is the parameter of the feedback controller satisfies det(M+ L21R) not equal 0, the normal output feedback regulator is given. A numerical example demonstrates the effect of the proposed method.
