摘要
The trend towards more diversity in diet leads to the appearance of new, in middle Europe so far unknown allergies. In this review, some of the new food allergens are described, i. e., fenugreek, lupine, sesame, quinoa, chia seeds, buckwheat, and coriander. We focus on diagnostic procedures as well as possible cross-reactivities to other foods.
