摘要
A phase-field-like approach is introduced into the commercial general-purpose program FIDAP (TM) to calculate the melt-crystal interface for a quasi-stationary approach of the Czochralski growth. Temperature and flow field are solved using the segregated solver of the FIDAP (TM) software.
