摘要：

According to the empirical investigation in the industrial cluster and the entrepreneurial activities in Wenzhou, we found that four major groups which perform the functions of investment, research & innovation, industrial and supporting service, were generated along with the development of the industrial clusters. They not only promoted the industrial cluster development, but also provided the capital resources, technological resources, human resources, industrial resources and market resources.
