摘要
We report a Nd:YAG-laser-pumped pulsed OPG/OPO based on OP-GaP. The OPG and singly-resonant OPO spanning 2.8 mu m-3.1 mu m provide up to similar to 2 mW and similar to 20 mW idler power, respectively. Crystal thermal effects are also investigated.
