摘要
In humans, peripheral vascular endothelial vasodilatory function often is studied by measuring the limb blood flow response to stimulation of nitric oxide release via either intrabrachial artery infusions of acetylcholine or flow-induced brachial artery vasodilation. We conclude that these 2 experimental approaches do not provide the same information on peripheral vascular endothelial vasodilatory function in healthy humans.
