摘要：

Nanoparticles (NP) incorporating tetanus toxoid and a model antigen ovalbumin were prepared for investigation as delivery vehicles for oral immunization. Gliadin, the seed storage protein of wheat, was used as the carrier because of its biocompatibility, oral bioavailability and mucoadhesive properties. NP with similar to 50% w/w of antigen were size-stable over 3 weeks of testing.
