摘要
With the increasing pressure of urban life, people's physical quality shows a significant downward trend. Obesity has become a health "killer" that cannot be ignored in today's society. The popularity of treadmill has become the first choice for people to improve their physical quality and reduce fat and weight in limited space and limited environmental conditions. This paper describes the design process of the treadmill, puts forward the matters needing attention in the design process of the treadmill, and analyzes the rationality of the relationship between the treadmill and the user. In order to design a fitness equipment to meet the needs of family sports, based on the basic modeling of treadmill, combined with the characteristics of home products, the structure of household multifunctional treadmill was designed by using the ergonomic theory of fitness equipment and industrial design knowledge. At the same time, the finite element simulation software is used to analyze the statics of the components of the household multifunctional treadmill. The results show that the structural strength of the home type multifunctional treadmill is qualified. The function integration of fitness equipment and home products can provide reference for the development of family sports fitness equipment.
