EVALUATION RESEARCH BASED ON THE IMPLICIT KNOWLEDGE OF START-UP ENTERPRISE INDEPENDENT INNOVATION ABILITY

The start-up enterprise is one of the latest development of words in recent years. In the sustainable development of the enterprise, technological innovation is the main body of development and the key to improve enterprise independent innovation ability. In Chinese innovation and development system, the enterprise is a very important part, its independent innovation capacity decides its own development and progress in nature. Along with the deepening of the reform and opening-up, our country implemented a series of the policy in view of the start-up enterprises, from the technical form to science and technology plan, from the government procurement to property protection, to a certain extent, promoting the development of the independent innovation ability of start-up enterprise. This paper, based on implicit knowledge, selects a group of 10 companies as the main sample, and uses the corresponding way to empirically analyse the independent innovation ability. Thus this further expounds the importance of implicit knowledge in the evaluation of entrepreneurial capacity for independent innovation.
