摘要：
The title compound, C14H14N4S2, was obtained from a condensation reaction of benzyl dithiocarbazate and acetylpyrazine. The asymmetric unit contains two independent molecules, in each of which the pyrazine ring and dithiocarbazate unit are approximately co-planar, the r.m.s. deviations being 0.0304 and 0.0418 angstrom. The mean plane is oriented with respect to the benzene ring at 49.22 (4)degrees in one molecule and at 69.76 (7)degrees in the other. In the crystal, the molecules are linked to each other via intermolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot S hydrogen bonds, forming centrosymmetric supramolecular dimers.
