摘要：
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease with a proved high risk of cardiovascular diseases (CVD). An increase of this risk is mainly due to accumulation of conventional factors of CVD development (arterial hypertension - AH), dislipidemia, et cet). Causes of high prevalence of AH in RA, the role of chronic inflammation, effects of antirheutnatic drugs with potentially hypertensive effects are outlined and recommendations on AH prevention and treatment in RA patients are given.
