摘要
Nanocrystalline BaTi0.95Sn0.05O3 (BTS-5) powder was synthesised from glycol ate-precursors, and used to sinter fine-grain BTS-5 ceramics. We compare sintering behaviour, microstructure as well as dielectric and electromechanical properties of the advanced ceramics with ceramics sintered from classical mixed oxide powder.
