摘要
The reverse logistics is necessary for retailing to reinforce competitive advantage, increase customer value and improve its whole performance of supply chain. The retailing reverse logistic is either a premise of effective decision or important method for enterprise to decrease operating risk and improve servece.In the paper,first,the theoretical triangular fuzzy number is put forward.And the risk factors of the retailing reverse logistics is analyzed and arranged.then the index system of the retailing reverse logistics is built based on macro-risk, business risk, systematic risk and manager risk.At last,the index evaluation is worked out And the triangular fuzzy number is a operable approach.So it is a effective and scientific quantitative analysis for the retailing reverse logistics.
