摘要
The PET/CB composite materials were prepared in this study via following steps: First, in-situ polymerization of PET and modified carbon black (CB) were performed; and then followed solid-phase viscosity-increasing and injection molding process; finally, the high endothermic PET/CB bottle was completed after the last biaxial-elongation blow molding procedure. The chemical structure and properties of this PET/CB bottle were PET/CB bottle possessed higher crystallization temperature and faster crystallization rate. Haze and Luminous transmittance meter experiments also manifested that PET/CB bottle had good transparency. analyzed by infrared absorption measurement, differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), and Haze and Luminous transmittance meter. The infrared absorption measurement results showed that a higher infrared absorption rate of PET/CB bottle was obtained because of the addition of high endothermic carbon black. Compared to pure PET bottle, PET/CB bottle possessed higher crystallization temperature and faster crystallization rate. Haze and Luminous transmittance meter experiments also manifested that PET/CB bottle had good transparency.
