摘要
TiO2-SiO2 sot containing anatase TiO2 colloidal particles was prepared by sol-gel method, and TiO2-SiO2 composite film was obtained by dip-coating Technology at room temperature. The influence of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) dosage on the structure and properties of the film was investigated. The results show that with increasing TEOS dosage, the stability of the sol decreases, while the transmittance and photocatalytic activity of the film first increase and then decrease. When the molar ratio of Si to Ti is 1:8, the samples achieve the best comprehensive properties. The average particle size of TiO2-SiO2 composite sol increases from 44 nm to 75 nm compared with pure the TiO2 sol. Compared with the pure TiO2 film, the roughness of TiO2-SiO2 composite film is increased, the decomposition rate of rhodamine B increases from 46.1% to 67.0%, the water contact angle of the film decreases from 16 degrees to 3 degrees, and the transmittance of the film is improved obviously.
