摘要
Essential oil from the leaves of Vitex axillariflora (Merr.) Bramley distributed in Sao La Nature Reserve - Quang Nam was obtained by hydrodistillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The main chemical constituents of the essential oil were (E)-beta-caryophyllene (54.3 %), alpha-humulene (15.6 %), bicyclogermacrene (7.9 %) and alpha-copaene (3.3 %). For the first time, the chemical composition of Vitex axillariflora (Merr.) Bramley was studied.
