摘要
The paper offers a detailed statistical analysis of random current fluctuations of the electric arc in the electric arc steel-making furnace EAF-120 using the technology of Consteel continuous feeding of metallic charge. The main aim of this analysis is to define the sections where the random process has stationary and ergodic character, which is a necessary condition for application of the mathematical modeling of random/stochastic disturbances along the electric arc length using generating filters. Besides, it is of special interest to determine the frequency content of the fluctuations, because this information is necessary for defining the peak frequencies in order to provide the correct setting/calculation of parameters of generating filters.
