Microbiological Monitoring / Part 7: Microbiological Aspects of Environmental Controls First microbiological aspects of environmental controls which influence the recovery rate are discussed, i.e. the choice of the nutrient media and the incubation conditions chosen. Then the test for aerobic organism is discussed and the validation of the methods is described.
