摘要
This study aims to develop a discrete event simulation model for improving simultaneous rebar manufacturing efficiency for multiple projects and each site. To this end, the simulation model was verified by comparing the production process and the actual rebar manufacturing plant's processing volume. Then, various alternatives for establishing an optimal production plan by identifying the loss rate and the time required to process are analyzed. When the rebar was processed by combining the two sites and setting the priority in the whole reinforcing steel processing process, the lowest loss rate occurred because the type of loss length was small. Although the ratio of raw rebar by length is less influential than the combination by site, the ratio of 2:1 of 8 m and 10 m of rebar is considered a way to optimize the production plan.
