摘要
We don't have a choice on whether we DO social media; the question is how well we DO it. To track the mood of people about any particular product by review we use opinion mining which is a natural language processing technique. Customer review analysis is most important only by which product is rated and it is a major problem today. Reviews from social media are collected manually and then pre-processed to gather the opinions. Collection of the data sets and processing it has shown positive results. The proposed method can also be used in food, beverages and in any daily consumer products to find out the whether the customer is satisfied or not. Thus, paper is about opinion mining of the drug Ativan, which is used to treat anxiety disorders. Ativan like any other drug has both pros and cons in such a case an analysis on it has to be made in order to make life more easy.
