摘要：

Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is a largest area province with 1600,000 KM2 taking up 1/6 total territory of China. It is also famous for its rich solar energy resources, which makes it possible to popularize the solar PV power systems to realize the rural electrification in remote mountains and villages where the traditional grid fails to be covered.
