摘要
The electricity sellers undertake the obligation of Renewable Portfolio Standard. In this paper, the electricity purchasing decision model is established based on conditional value risk considering the Renewable Portfolio Standard of obligation. Monte Carlo simulation is applied to find the risk distribution under uncertainties of demand, price and obligation. This paper will be helpful for electricity sellers to design procurement strategy in electricity market.
