摘要：
Although psoas abscesses are a rare clinical entity, they are a significant cause of mortality and morbidity, especially in view of their varied clinical presentations, which often lead to misdiagnosis or a delay in diagnosis. We report a case of an older man with vague presenting complaints who was found to have an iliopsoas abscess.
