摘要
Root-knot nematodes are polyphag pests and are a potential threat to particularly Solanaceae plants. In order to be successful in managements of these nematodes, it is important to correctly identify the species and the races of the nematodes and determine their virulence. In this study, the reaction of Meloidogyne incognita, M. javanica, M. arenaria and M. luci populations in the contaminated vegetable fields of Gaziantep and Osmaniye provinces were determined in resistance (CLX 37574 F1) and sensitive (Falkon) tomato varieties and their virulence status was investigated. The experiment was established under fully controlled climate room conditions as a randomized complete block design with 4 replications. Results of experiment indicated that CLX 37574 F1 tomato variety was resistant to 38 root-knot nematode population (RI < 10%) and all populations were identified as avirulent.
