摘要：

N-1-Benzyl-3-methylaminomethyl-2-indolinones (1) have been synthesized by Mannich reaction of N-1-benzyl-3-methyl-2-indolinone with different secondary amines. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antiinflammatory activity. Some of the compounds were found to possess promising antiinflammatory activity.
