PEDAGOGUE PRACTICE IN COURTS: A SYSTEMATIC MAPPING OF LITERATURE ON LEGAL PEDAGOGY IN NORTHERN BRAZIL

The main objective of this study is to analyze and discuss the scientific production related to the practice of the pedagogue in the context of Legal Pedagogy in the Courts of Justice in the Northern Region of the Country. Through a Systematic Mapping of Literature, we seek to analyze the references. theoretical and research methods adopted by the selected studies on the subject. To this end, a survey of bibliographic material was conducted, based on the analysis of articles published in peer-reviewed journals and available on the CAPES Journal Portal, Virtual Health Library BVS/BIREME, Scopus, Web of Science, in Program Journals. DOAJ - Directory of open Access Journals, Lilacs and Scielo, using the Systematic Mapping methodology of Literature, aiming to identify which themes have been researched about the research produced between 2009 and 2019, about Legal Pedagogue, in Courts of Justice of the Northern Region. There was a striking need to strengthen a research community on this subject, as only 8 (eight) articles, 1 (one) dissertation and 1 (one) CST were found, demonstrating the clear need for more research and productions than talk about it. We hope this research will inspire the development of future studies addressing the gaps pointed out here, and may contribute greatly to the advancement of the theme.
