摘要：

A 63-year-old patient suffered from fulminant lung embolism. During the presence of the emergency physician, the patient had a cardiac arrest and was resuscitated. Due to ROHCA, short now-flow-time, potentially reversible cause and potential of good neurologic outcome, this patient was transported to a Cardiac Arrest Center for extracorporeal resuscitation. The local concept of transfer to eCPR is presented. The concept of eCPR is discussed.
