摘要：
Schwere Nebenwirkungen in der Krebstherapie konnen vermieden werden, wenn die Medikamente als inaktive Prodrugs eingesetzt werden. Erstmals konnte ein EGFR-Inhibitor entwickelt werden, der durch Cobalt-Komplexierung selektiv erst am Zielort wirksam wird.
