摘要
The composition of essential oil samples obtained by hydrodistillation of the aerial parts of Marrubium parviflorum Fisch. & C. A. Mey. and Marrubium vulgare L. (family Lamiaceae), were investigated by GC and GC-MS. Fifty-one components in the oil of M. parviflorum, representing 96.8% of the total oil, and 34 components in the oil of M. vulgare, representing 95.1% of the total oil, were identified. Both essential oils were characterized by a high amount of sesqiterpenes (77.8% and 82.5%, respectively) with bicyclogermacrene (26.3%), germacrene D (21.5%) and beta-caryophyllene (15.6%) as the major constituents of M. parviflorum, and beta-bisabolene (25.4%), beta-caryophyllene (11.6%), germacrene D (9.7%) and E-beta-farnesene (8.3%) as the major component of M. vulgare.
