摘要
We studied on the prognoses of the patients with congenital biliary atresia(CBA) with TTV(N22) infected or not-infected, including 7 ones(3 males, 4 females). There were 3 out of 4 patients(75%) with CBA, positive with TTV(N22) measured by the sera taken before using transfusion of bloods and/or blood products. TTV(N22) infection in uterus or in perinatal periods might be one of causes for CBA. 5 patients with TTV(N22) had bad prognoses. They underwent living related liver transplantations. They all survived, now. 2 patients with TTV(N22)-not infected had good prognoses. They had normal ranges of GOT,GPT,LDH,T-Bil,D-Bil., but abnormal ones of engymes in bile ducts such as A1-P, r-GTP, LAP and the likes. These data showed prophecy of prognoses for CBA had relationships with TTV(N22) infection. It was inferred that a large amounts of TTV(N22)-DNA,TTV(N22)-IgM and -IgG positive, namely, TTV(N22) infection were one of aggravating factors for CBA.
