摘要
The paper proposes the innovative mine-borehole method of development of oil fields, the purpose of which is to increase the well production rate of oil fields ten times compared to the traditional method of operation due to the use of gravity forces and therefore to increase the oil recovery of a stratum. Development of mining technology, mine construction and modern mining equipment allow mining ores and coals at significant depth. Thus, deep horizons of opencast development (Korkin coal mines) reach over 600 m, and at mines using underground method over 1000 m. At the CIS territory, there are hundreds of oil fields occurring in the mentioned limits. The recovery ratio at these fields does not exceed 0, 3-04 [2]. After oil extraction from these fields using the modern technology, more than half of reserves remain inside. Most part of this quantity lies at the depth of 500 m. Such fields are mainly located in developed old districts of Kazakhstan (in the Atyrau and Mangystau Regions). To find the methods of increase of oil withdrawal from strata in Kazakhstan, it is proposed to use the mining methods with the use of gravity mode through the underground mine openings and drain holes. Drainage of oil strata with flat or upward boreholes traversed from mine openings creates favorable conditions for thermal impact on oil strata. In this regard, mathematic models of thermodynamic condition of strata under the impact of long-term heat sources have been developed. This altogether will accelerate the solution of the problem of complete extraction of residual oil reserves. At present time, mining industry possesses special equipment for tunneling from the surface of shafts with the diameters of 6.5 m. There is also equipment for cheap drilling from underground mine openings of flat and upward boreholes of small diameter at the distance of 350 m and more. Besides, the drilling plant for such boreholes even to a greater depth is being designed.
