摘要
Physical processes are investigated, which occur in the wall region in the vicinity of a cylindrical probe placed in a flow of slowly moving collisional plasma. Special attention is given to comparison of the results of investigations with independent optical measurements, as well as to analysis of the results of studies by other authors. A set of current-voltage characteristics is obtained, which may be used for processing the results of probe experiments.
