摘要
We report an ultra-fast quantum random number generator based on detecting vacuum fluctuations without assuming input states. To elimate the effect of classical noise, Toeplitz hash extractor is employed to extract randomness. The final random number generation rate up to 21.28 Gbps is experimentally achieved.
