摘要：

This paper addresses the realization of positive real transfer functions which are symmetric with respect to some signature matrix. We show that a realization that is jointly internally reciprocal and internally passive can be achieved by positive real balancing. (C) 2010 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
