摘要：
Nowadays, more and more construction enterprises spend large amount of money to improve, their,technological potency, but how to evaluate the performance of technological investment still lacks suitable methods. This paper first describes current situation of technological investment of construction enterprises, then it builds up a model of performance evaluation index system with overall fuzzy evaluation model. The model tells us which kind of index can be put in the model and how to assess the performance of technological investment for construction enterprises. Finally it takes Intelligent Building as a positive case analysis to show the validity of the model.
