摘要
In this paper, a novel compact diplexer with high isolation based on the mode composite ridged waveguide is proposed and designed. The mode composite ridged waveguide is a composition of substrate integrated waveguide and substrate integrated ridged waveguide with the mode composite and structure-shared characteristic. This diplexer has several advantages in terms of high isolation, compact size, and easy integration. It operates at 20 GHz and 28 GHz, and the simulation results show that the insertion loss is less than 2dB at both channels. The isolation is greater than -55dB.
