摘要：
The article considers the risks arising during implementation of infrastructure projects under the public-private partnership, and offers its classification. Major stages in risk management are selected, the principles of risk sharing between a state and a private partner are studied; taking foreign experience as the study case the optimal distribution of risks is carried out.
