摘要
A novel parallel-channel microfluidic device exploiting cross-filtering to perform hydrodynamic focusing has been designed and successfully tested with Leukemia cells. The proposed approach allows to overcome the main limits till now presented by previous devices, and represents a step forward the realization of an on-chip integrated cytofluorimeter.
