摘要：
Only five pregnant women with multiple myeloma have been reported in literature. We present the case of one woman with multiple myeloma diagnosed in early pregnancy, who decided to postpone therapy until after delivery. A cesarean section was performed at the 34th week due to the progression of the disease and a normal healthy baby was delivered. (C) 2003 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
