摘要
This work is focused on studying the time-dependent properties of recycled concrete, especially shrinkage and creep behaviour. For said purpose, two series of concretes (water to cement ratios of 0.50 and 0.65) were designed with different replacement percentages of recycled coarse aggregate (0%, 20%, 50% and 100%). The experimental program consisted of studying basic properties and time-dependent shrinkage and creep up to 1000 days. The results showed that shrinkage and creep strains increase with the replacement percentage, and the use of pre-saturated recycled aggregates leads to different time-dependent development of shrinkage and creep strains at early ages due to the internal curing effect. Finally, a function to predict recycled concrete shrinkage and creep coefficients was adjusted according to the content of recycled aggregates and concrete age. (C) 2016 Elsevier Ltd.
