摘要：
A new isocoumarin, annulatomarin ( 1), together with the known physcion and beta- sitosterol were isolated from the aerial parts of Hypericum annulatum. The structure of the new compound was established as 6,8- dihydroxy- 7- methoxy- 3- phenyl- 3,4- dihydro- 1H- isochromen- 1- one on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis. Annulatomarin exhibited a modest growth- inhibitory activity in vitro against human chronic myeloid leukaemia LAMA- 84 cells with an IC50 111 mu M.
