摘要：

The expand of college recruit students make it highly effective that construction of teaching ethos is judged by faculties. Construction of teaching ethos of faculties greatly determine the ethos of university, herewith, faculties in university should take effective measures to boost the construction of teaching ethos contraposing the problems that exist in the teaching and including all leaders, teachers and students to form a favorable teaching ethos.
