摘要
Dispersion of kinds of fiber will have a negative impact on the transmission of light in optical fibers. Dispersion characteristics of fiber have essential effect on application. Dispersion is related to many factors. Dispersion characteristics of photonic crystal fiber of liquid-filling the cladding holes with hexagonally-arranged been investigated by using BPM. The relationship of different PCFs parameters were carried out. The results indicate that the peak of dispersion gets red-shifted with the increase of the pitch, while the slope of dispersion at the wavelength more than 0.9 mu m decreases gradually with the rise of the pitch. The dispersion values of near-zero flattened dispersion PCF designed as low as 0 +/- 0.56 ps/nm.Km. It is very significant for application.
