摘要
The article reveals the possibility of manufacturing Carbon Matrix Composites (CMCs) for biomedical sensors. CMCs are synthesized by the atomic layer deposition (ALD) method resulted in immobilizing a biologically active substance on a modified carbon surface. The ALD-method makes it possible to change the properties of the carbon matrix surface directly. The most distinctive feature of the method is the emergence of structurally-dimensional effects in the ALD-products. It's a monolayer that generates such an effect; viz., a sharp change in the properties of material. Thus do titanium and zirconium oxides modify carbon matrices. The article presents the results of the analysis of the composition and biochemical activity of synthesized samples. It also shows that the catalytic activity of a biological substance and the characteristics of biomedical sensors depend on the chemical composition of a carbon matrix carrier and the conditions of its surface.
