摘要
The article is devoted to the problems connected with the students' involvement into the innovation process. The authors consider students to be a source of innovative ideas and their further development. The most rational forms of students' involvement into R&D activities have been found. They are mainly the ways which allow taking into account their interests and problems. The organization experience of NSTU MSc/MBA students' innovation performance has been studied in the context of academic activities support; as a consequence of this, the efficiency of the implemented program has been calculated. The students' opinion survey has revealed factors influencing their interests in developing innovation projects. On its basis the guidelines for the program efficiency improvement, as a part of the university training process, have been provided.
