摘要
The volume of expressway information resources in Japan is increasing, together with the expansion of routes in service. Introduction of information technology (IT) has accelerated computerisation of activities, but it has been difficult to keep them well organised due to the diversification of work and the highly developed quality of the various data. The pace of computerisation cannot keep up with the data that is accumulated daily. Therefore, most of the data is stored on paper or in individual electronic data processes. In order to overcome these problems and use the data efficiently, we have constructed a data management model through the business life cycle of expressways, which is based on modelling road structure.
