摘要
Telemedicine relies heavily on "information and communication technology (ICT)."In order to help those who don't have access to healthcare in their local area, this technology is used. In order to alleviate hospital congestion and maximize the use of medical resources, telemedicine is a fantastic option. To find out whether and how the hospital should provide telemedicine, we developed a stylized queuing model. Our approach also accounts for the fact that patients are subject to travel delays and costs. Telemedicine benefits patient's both online and offline from its usage. Market segmentation is good in dual-channel healthcare because of the two channels. The hospital should adopt telemedicine when transportation expenses are high or and to provide services in remote areas. Methodology: A pre-experimental with a single group pre-test and post-test design was used, Quantitative research technique was used to evaluate the impact of multi-module learning on knowledge and attitude about telemedicine among health care workers at hospitals in Pune city. This study made use of a basic random sampling approach. Result: The result interprets that after implementation of multi module learning the knowledge score is increased 63.33% have good knowledge followed by 31.66% have average and 5% have poor knowledge score. The attitude level also improved to 65% have positive attitude and 35% had negative attitude. Conclusion: The present research comes to the conclusion that the multi-modular learning tool has a good influence on the knowledge and attitude of health care workers about telemedicine. This conclusion was reached as a result of the findings of the study.
