摘要
In the management theory, there are many methods for finding irregularities in business entities' functioning. Apart from commonly used internal controls and audits, there is also an underestimated method of finding corporate law-breaking, that is whistleblowing. The aim of the article was to conduct a short eristic concerning factors determining the usage of whistleblowing in business organisations.
