摘要
In the article the analysis of activity on cultivation of planting material of forest selection-seed growing centers has been carried out. Evaluation of reforestation processes is given. It is necessary to use innovative technologies for forest growing at the present stage of development of forestry in Russia. Russian and foreign experience of applying innovative technologies for growing forest seedlings with closed root system has been considered. Investment analysis of projects effectiveness for creation of forest selection and seed centers has been carried out. Based on the results of the investment analysis, positive effects of the processes of building forest selection and seed centers on the processes of reforestation have been found. Management of reforestation processes with the use of innovative technologies allows solving the tasks of mass production of forest seedlings and reproduction of forests in a short time. The necessity of building forest selection-seed centers in the regions of Russia has been proved.
