Research on the IT project surveillance service management in China

This paper analyses the actuality and background of current social Information Technology (IT) projects, construction, shows the necessity and feasibility of implementing IT project surveillance in China. According to analyzing the IT project surveillance actuality, paper point out the problems in the IT project surveillance management process, and put for-ward the mechanism of IT project surveillance based on the reference model of IT project surveillance criterion technique and basic knowledge of surveillance and practical situation. Then, paper set up the system frame of IT project surveillance and discusses the prospects of domestic IT project surveillance.
